Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching
With over 30 years of proven coaching methodology from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I guide women and men in midlife to explore and take agency over their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Like a lighthouse, I illuminate what nourishes you—on and off the plate. The thing is, the body offers amazing wisdom when we take time for self-care and tune in. Through personalized 1:1 or small-group coaching, I help you navigate the unique transitions of midlife, from stress and anxiety to sleep issues and changes in the gut-brain axis. I also support you in making your doctor’s prescribed treatment plan or lifestyle changes work for good. Together, we’ll create a holistic path to nourishment, confidence, and vitality, empowering you to thrive with joy and fulfillment.
Peace of mind is often elusive, as our thoughts can overwhelm us. However, because the brain is plastic, we can reshape our relationship with our thoughts. What we focus on expands, and neuroscience shows that “neurons that fire together wire together”. Our feelings and emotions are largely influenced by our thoughts. Our courses, 1:1 coaching services, and small-group coaching utilize evidence-based methods derived from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Positive Psychology, nurturing your mind to enhance brain and body health and improve your overall well-being.

Welcome to Awaken Wellness! I’m so glad you’re here. My own health journey opened my eyes to how powerful it can be to make lasting changes in the way we live and care for ourselves. That experience inspired me to dedicate my work to supporting others optimize their health-span and create a deeper sense of wellbeing. Along the way, I earned a Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness & Positive Psychology from the Mindfulness Academy and trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I then became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and now also serve as a Brain Performance Coach with Amazing Brains in Colorado. These experiences shape the whole-person, client-centered approach I bring to every client I work with. I’d be honored to support you in your journey. Whether through integrative nutrition health coaching or mindfulness-based teaching, we can meet in person in the Vail Valley or virtually through Zoom for Healthcare—wherever you feel most comfortable. And if you’re curious about brain health, I also offer non-invasive brain mapping (based on QEEG) and evidence-based brain training at Amazing Brains in Eagle and Avon. Together, we’ll create space for the clarity, change, and balance you seek.

Together, we’ll foster confidence in your body’s ability to find balance and heal, using client-centered behavior change coaching, evidence-based mindfulness practices, and when appropriate, evidence-based neuromodulation (brain training). You can count on my steady presence, heartfelt approach, and yes—a healthy dose of humor—to keep the process real and sustainable.
