What the course includes…
Six 90-minute small group classes once a week, 9 hours of in-person or virtual learning in a comfortable, small-group setting, home practice, accessible tools + techniques, and meditation recordings yours to keep for life.
A unique blend of evidence-based, practical tools and science, featuring interventions drawn from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and the emerging field of Positive Psychology.
I was burned-out and bored-out at the same time. My physical health and my mental well-being suffered.
